RAINING... yuck!
It makes it hard to hang out at the pool.
Linda, Carlos & Jim did water aerobics and pool volleyball. Georgi read her book near the ocean until the rain drove her under cover.
Went to the Marina in the afternoon. Ate at the Fijian restaurant...Carlos had Kokoda (pronounced Ko-kon-da), which is very much like ceviche except in fresh coconut cream; smoked eggplant, a lightly simmered Fijian fern (looked like a green weed), dalo (taro) and cassava (tapioca)...very authentic and absolutely delicious!
Hope everyone is doing well. We miss you all!
